Juggling is a fun, playful exercise that is good for both the body and the mind. There are many wonderful benefits, which are well documented at (Benefits of Juggling). I would like to share this learning process and encourage people of all ages to participate by hosting learn to juggle sessions


Details:
  • 1-2 hour drop-in session, where participants can come and go
  • No need to register or sign-up
  • Equipment is provided for:
    • 3 ball juggling - in general ages 8+
    • Devil Sticks  - great for young and the more experienced
    • Rola bola - a balance tool
